  • Vision Enabler received this diversity award for a project called "Recruiting Visible Minorities“, involving the work of 8 French stock exchange companies with 15 persons of a ethnic minority background.

  • The question Vision Enabler wanted to frame, immediately following violent rioting in France in November 2005, that primarily involved and impacted youth with North African and Arab origin, revolved around how do we promote diversity within the business community?
  • Both participating groups; the companies and the ethnic minorities, were slowly brought into a process that encouraged them to look at their own practices as they related to diversity and inclusion - on both a personal & professional level. The process enabled them to confront their points of view, and to provide appropriate, effective and sustainable responses.
