Who we are
Hamid Senni, Partner
|
Partner and co-founder of Vision Enabler Consulting since May 2005, with offices both in London and Paris, Hamid Senni is responsible for delivering international strategy and engaging World Leaders on Diversity & Inclusion, aiming to move it into their priority list and agenda. The mission of the company is to help global organisations (mainly Fortune 500) to improve their performance and organisational capability by the use of a more diverse workforce. Before launching Vision Enabler, Hamid spent three years in BP's High Potential programme, working across 8 European countries. He has also worked for Ericsson in Stockholm, Sweden and Crown Europe in Oxford, United Kingdom. Hamid completed his MBA in management in Gothenburg, Sweden and he also, holds Masters degrees in Information Systems and Economics from the University of Grenoble, France. His book "de la cité à la City" (From the housing projects to the City of London), described his own personal journey, and was endorsed by Laurence Parisot (foreword), Head of the Confederation of French Industries (Medef = Mouvement des entreprises de France) and Jean-Claude Le Grand, Global Director of Recruitment and Diversity at L'Oréal.
Hamid has been a young leader at the French-American Foundation since 2007, and was selected as a member of the jury since 2009.
His personal goal is to transform Vision Enabler's Diversity Toolkit (technology designed for multinationals), and make it fit for purpose for small and medium enterprises. In time, Hamid plans to release it onto the open market, free of charge, as SMEs have limited resource to advance this type of challenge internally. |
